    Started Aikido training

I went for my first aikido training in New Zealand.  Well they do it kiwi style..
This doesn't mean that they don't use the right moves. It is just not very sportly.
Coming from belgium where a training would be exhausting and a conditional buildup this is more a game.
Warming up : 2 laps around the mat.
    Stretching 30 mins
    actual moves : 30 mins
    weapons : 30 mins
    chatting : 50 mins.

My physical condition isn't the greatest for the moment.. I've had better days  but I didn't even break a sweat.

Solution to the sport problem... I got myself a private Canadian sensei, who will be training me 1 or 2 extra days in the week.. There is no sense in learning Aikido if you only learn the grips.. The whole philosophy behind it is actually what makes it cooler than karate etc.
I am eager to learn about the ki and how to use it properly.
